Rate Increase Effective March 1, 2026. These rates will apply to bills that will be mailed out for the Leetown billing cycle on March 13, 2026 and due on March 25, 2026 and for the Standard billing cycle for bills mailed out on March 31, 2026 and due on April 10, 2026.
Residential Rates: $26.00 per month (0-2,000 gals) $6.00 per each additional 1,000 gals over the minimum of 2,000 gals.
Small Commercial: $30.00 per month (0-15,000 gals per month) $6.00 per each additional 1,000 gals;
Large Commercial: $40.00 per month (15,000+ gals per month) $6.00 per each additional 1,000 gals.
